When you click on the KI button, the Ki Palette opens.
This is a full list of all of your uploaded files.
The arrows at the bottom of the page allow you to page through the KIs. The arrows with the vertical lines allow you to jump to the beginning or end of the list of KIs.
If you are looking for a particular KI, you can type in the Search Knowledge area for the name or associates keywords.
There are two pull-down menus featured here.
The leftmost pull-down menu has two options, My Saganworks and This Sagan. My Saganworks features every KI uploaded to your Saganworks account, while This Sagan isolates the KIs that are only in the current Sagan.
The rightmost pull-down menu isolates the type of KIs available in the option chosen in the leftmost pull-down menu. Visit the article about KI types to learn how file types are delineated.
If you would rather look at the Sagans as a list, select the List icon at the bottom of the page to change the viewpoint.
Finally, the Upload button offers the chance to upload files from your computer into the Sagan, as well as many other functions. Read the article about uploading KIs to learn more.
