When you click on the KI button, the Ki Palette opens.
The Upload button offers the chance to upload files from your computer into the Sagan, as well as many other functions. Read the article about uploading KIs to learn more.
This function opens the same set of tabs as the Account options.
If you'd like to make changes to an existing KI, select the purple Edit button directly to the right of the KI's name and photo.
This opens a window featuring the Name, Description, Search Terms, file type and Cover Image.
The Name is the main way you will be able to recognize your KI in the KI Palette. It is also the name of the KI when someone selects the KI in your Sagan. You can change that name here.
The Description can be edited here, and that description shows up in the Sagan as an optional Information button when someone selects the KI. This is a good place to put important information regarding your KI if your Sagan is meant to be presentational in nature.
The Search Terms are automatically created by Saganworks, but you can delete and add new Search Terms here.
You cannot change the file type, but you can choose to Save your changes or Delete the KI at the bottom of the screen.
You can also Download the KI from this window but hitting the purple Download button.
The Cover Image is the way the KI will appear to people visiting your Sagan. Users often change the Cover Image depending on how they want their KI to appeal to their users.
